Occupant FAQ

This FAQ is for people who are occupying a furnished rental. 

How do I get access to the property?

All of our furnished rentals have keypad access. Your access code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is 4pm.

May I request early check-in?

Unfortunately, none of our properties support early check in at this time.

How do I notify you of a maintenance issue?

Please contact us via the platform where you rented the property or use the additional contact information provided in your guidebook.

I intend to cook in this property. Is that supported?

We do everything in our power to make sure you have everything you need to cook comfortably in our properties. If something is missing, please let us know!

Will I have access to WiFi?

All of our properties have WiFi internet access. The access information will be posted in the property as well as in your guidebook.

Will I have access to streaming services?

All of our properties have access to the largest streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+...etc.

I need something that I thought was here but I can't find it in the property. What should I do?

Look through all of the cabinets and drawers to confirm that the item is missing. We go to great effort to make sure you have everything you need. If you've looked and still can't find the item, please contact us.

What time is check-out?

Check out is at 11am.

May I request a late check-out?

Unfortunately, none of our properties support a late check out at this time.
